R.S. Products Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 13th June 1987. The company is managed by an experienced and professional Board of Directors. The Chairperson, Ms. Benu Prasad is a  marketing person with over 17 years of experience in marketing. The company is ably managed with a Board of Directors also comprising of Sanjay Limbachia, William Pinto, Anil Chakraborty, Shekhar Lal and Prasad Rao. The company has one operating division, viz. Plastic Division.

The plastics division of R.S. Products Pvt. Ltd. is well equipped with 5 high pressure Injection Moulding Machines with suitable infrastructure for continuous production of quality hangers. The machines are specially designed and manufactured for the production of plastic hangers only. In fact, the division is equipped with 150 moulds of hangers of various types. The company also has the capacity to develop any type of hangers from the sample supplied by the customer. Moulded plastic hangers of various designs, sizes and colors as required by the Garment Exporters in and around Delhi are manufactured and exported from this division. The list of prestigious Garment Exporters includes Reebok India Ltd., DCM Benneton, Samtex Fashions Ltd., Pear Global Ltd., Orient Craft, New Delhi Silk Co. and IMX Exports Ltd.(Sister concern of MEXX) just to name a few.
